Some of you may know that Kasbah Clothing founder and Designer Heather Behrima is not only an incredibly talented designer, but along with her husband Abdel, they run the sublime Villa Dinari, a luxury villa and glamping resort just outside Marrakech.
Moroccan Cuisine
The villa has an amazing outside teaching kitchen where Heather runs cookery classes for guests. And it’s there you can learn to cook Chicken, Lemon and Olive tagine. But given the current circumstances, Heather has opened up the kitchen to everyone via social media and is sharing some of her favourite recipes with you.

Moroccan cuisine made easy
Heather has found that people are often put off attempting moroccan cuisine for fear of it being complicated or not having the right equipment, but as you’ll see from the video, it really is quite simple and can be done in a regular none-stick pan with a lid.
